By downloading, installing, or using Sketchlapse ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. Simple as that.

2. What Sketchlapse is

Sketchlapse is a free, offline, pass-and-play party game for entertainment purposes. It is not a communication platform, social network, or data-processing service.

3. Acceptable use

Use Sketchlapse to have fun with friends and family. Don't use it to:

• Create harmful, illegal, or harassing content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Distribute the App outside official app stores
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without permission

4. Content disclaimer

Sketchlapse includes a library of prompts for gameplay. The "Adult Topics" setting unlocks prompts intended for mature audiences and is disabled by default. By enabling it, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. We are not responsible for content created by players (drawings, guesses) during gameplay.

5. No warranty

Sketchlapse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators of Sketchlapse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App (which is zero — it's free).

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
